Every IP on this list earned its place. These are ranges pulled directly from server logs: vulnerability scanners, brute force attempts, credential stuffing bots, and whatever else decided our infrastructure looked like a fun target. They all got blocked on Cloudflare. Now you can block them too.

About this list
This is an open-source security resource compiled from real attack patterns observed on catsarentreal.com. The idea is simple: if a /16 or /24 block is hammering one small personal website with scans and probes, it is probably hammering yours too. Sharing this list makes sense. Keeping it secret does not. Feel free to adapt, copy, or build on it for your own server defenses.

Sharing a block list is not the same as sharing your security architecture. This tells attackers nothing they do not already know about themselves. It only helps defenders.
